For more than 14 years, I’ve lived at the intersection of media and messaging — from producing live television to running PR campaigns that put experts and organizations in headlines.

I know how fast a story can rise and fall, and I know how to make the right ones stick. My career has spanned newsrooms, higher education and healthcare. Along the way I’ve mastered the art of turning complex ideas into stories that grab attention and actually influence.

I’ve built national media relationships, led digital campaigns and managed high-stakes projects where the details matter as much as the big picture.
